On January 21, 2016, Dean Browell, Executive Vice President at Feedback, was presented the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award by Randolph-Macon College. As the official release explains, “The award, established in 2009, recognizes alumni who transform a vision into a viable, sustainable enterprise. Recipients demonstrate the ability to envision a unique or highly improved concept and bring it to an extraordinary outcome.”

In 2009 Dean Browell formed Feedback with ad industry veteran Jeff Thompson to the benefit of marketing and public relations professionals around the world. Browell leads Feedback’s social media charge with a passion for how generations interact online, and his work spans many industries.One of the leading thinkers in the industry, Browell has an academic zeal for exploration, and has worked with clients such as Mini Cooper and The Martin Agency. A faculty member of the University of Richmond’s Institute on Philanthropy, he is a frequent speaker at international and national events.
